What we do
We hope you can find a pet that would fit into your home and heart.
Silver Lining Pet Rescue is focused on providing high-quality service and satisfaction - we will do everything we can to meet your expectations but ever remember our animals safety and security comes first.
We are a no kill, foster carer rescue seeking to provide that Silver Lining to pets who can no longer remain in their current home.
Our rescue is based on the belief that finding an animals Silver Lining is of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, many pets are now in their Silver Lining.
We would welcome the opportunity to either provide a pet for you or to re-home one for you. With a variety of offerings to choose from, we're sure you'll be happy working with us. We are also registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profit and your donations are tax .
Look around our website and if you have any comments or questions, please feel free to contact us.
We hope to see you.
Dog of the week
Have you been searching for a new 4 legged family member? One who will give you a smile every day purely by being herself! Meet Lexi. Lexiehas so many facial expressions it's hard not to smile. She loves to run and when she runs it is what makes her so happy. The wind hits her face and you can see the biggest smile on her face as she zooms past you. If you want to take a photo you had better be quick! Lexi is one of a kind. A very lean and fit girl. Will suit an active family. She is crate trained and has good obedience. Requires structure and leadership just like any other dog. She is cheeky and has a charisma about her. Lexi requires time to adjust to her new life and family therefore requires a 6 foot fence for safety. Lexi is around 2 years of age and has been waiting very patiently for someone to come along that she can call her own family. Is this you!

Cat of the Week
Hera has been in the rescue for quite a while. She came into care with her mother Yoko and both were unsettled and shy. Hera has really come out of her shell and is now a confident girl who enjoys a pat and a cuddle. Her foster mummy reckons she is the biggest smooch bunny! Loves to have and chat and loves to snuggle up on your lap.
